This is a convenient online platform for servicemen who are foreign citizens or stateless persons fighting in the Defense Forces. It provides guidance on the main stages of service, clarifying key procedures, as well as the documents required for processing payments, leaves, statuses, and other relevant details.
The Legal Navigator consists of the following sections:
- Enlistment/Joining Service
- Payments, Leaves, Statuses
- Medical Provision/Support
- Migration Legislation
- Family Support
The information on the platform is available in Ukrainian, English, Spanish, and Portuguese. It will be useful not only to soldiers but also to their families, support services within brigades, lawyers working with the military, and other service providers.
On November 25, Pryntsyp analysts — Maria Panchenko and Vladyslav Urubkov — presented the platform to military personnel, public experts, lawyers, and journalists in Kyiv.”



During the event, a discussion took place with the participation of: Ruslan Prykhodko, Deputy Minister of Veterans Affairs of Ukraine; Dmytro Zubovskyi, Colonel, Head of the Coordination and Direction of Recruitment Centers Department of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine; Liudmyla Kalenchuk, Senior Lieutenant, Head of the Social Support Unit of the Recruitment Center for Foreigners and Stateless Persons of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine; and Heorhii Osika, Specialist in Work with Foreign Servicemen, 3rd Separate Assault Brigade (3rd OShBr).
The discussion was moderated by Oleksii Reva, Head of the ICS, Services, and IT Infrastructure Administration Center at the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine.



In addition, during the presentation, Ruslan Prykhodko presented the Combatant Status Certificate (UBD) to Junior Sergeant Ortiz Rendon Luis Fernando, a volunteer from Colombia, and Senior Soldier Johnson Jean Carlo, a volunteer from Brazil.”
