"Pryncyp" is launching consultations for foreign nationals serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) and the National Guard of Ukraine (NGU) on the following topics:
- Enlistment and service conditions
- Social security and benefits
- Veteran status and entitlements
- The wounded servicemember process
- Support for families in cases of a foreign servicemember's disappearance, captivity, or death
- Legal stay in Ukraine
Consultations will be conducted in English, but you're welcome to write in your native language.
- Go to the chatbot on WhatsApp under the name @pryncyp.ua
- Press the "Consultation" button and select the "Foreigners" category. The chatbot will show a list of topics available for legal consultation based on the chosen category. After reviewing the list, press "Continue".
- Provide the information the bot requests and leave your question for the consultant. Then wait for a response.
Operators handle inquiries Monday through Friday, 09:00–19:00.
